Training




		Our experience with federally mandated programs allows us to develop training programs and guidelines that are defensible, effective, and meet HRS and Workers Compensation laws in most states that currently provide reduction of benefits. The GlobalLab training program is dynamic and continues to be updated as new information becomes available.

	Available Testing

	Supervisor Training- Supervisors play a crucial role in an effective drug and alcohol-testing program. More than anyone else, they are in a position to recognize changes in an employee's job performance. Our supervisor training course helps supervisors to recognize changes in employees and determine the need of reasonable suspicion testing. This training course meets the D.O.T. supervisor requirements to help identify Drug Abuse and Alcohol Misuse in employees as described in Part 382.603. Urine Drug Screen Collector Training- Required for D.O.T. collectors and highly recommended for non-D.O.T. collectors. This course teaches an individual all of the policies and procedures set forth by the federal government to conduct urine drug tests. Train the Trainer- This course certifies an individual to train collectors in urine drug test collections, including all of the policies and procedures for D.O.T. urine drug screens. A prerequisite of this course is to have been a certified urine collector for at least one year, as required by D.O.T. regulations.
